- How wide are these at the arch? I have a pair of high heeled sling back pumps that are very narrow at mid foot and have zero padding at the edges which digs into my under foot after awhile. Can these be cut to fit? They’re size 6.5 (37)

Having the separate pieces will help with placement in a smaller shoe, and these are also easily removable. They can be reused in other shoes after washing with soap and water.
