Returns

Unused merchandise is eligible for a full refund within 60 days of the purchase date. To return your item(s), please complete the Return Request form below.

Foot Petals^® reserves the right to approve all returns, and has the right to refuse a refund request if it does not comply with our policy requirements.

Additional Information:

• Allow 10 business days from the date you send the package for your return to be processed
• Refunds can only be issued to the original method of payment
• You will not be refunded for items not received by our warehouse
• Original shipping, handling, and return/freight/postage will not be credited or reimbursed. Return shipping label is included.
• Please retain tracking information for your records
