Within minutes of walking with the pads stuck firmly in the right places in my shoes, the adhesive on all pieces gave out and the cushions slipped off. "These worked pretty well I have some shoes that rub on my heel and will sometimes give me blisters and when I wore these I didn't have any issues so that was great! I just bought foot petals back of heel gel cushion, my heel was slipping out of my new shoes. Do I stick it inside the shoe heel or on my skin of my heel?

If your shoe is still too big and your foot is still slipping out, adding additional cushioning to your shoe may help.
