"I’ve tried many different metatarsal foot pads. I have a previous mid-foot toe fracture, wide foot plus a bunion. This pad is thin enough so it does not compromise room for toe spread, but enough pad to take pressure off metatarsal heads. I have 6 pairs of these pads and will likely buy more."

Which way do they go in? Narrow part forward or back?: Hello Margie, The ball of foot cushions will have the wider portion toward the toes.
